RETURN POLICY

At GsK Device Land, our return and exchange policy aims to provide customers with complete confidence regarding the products purchased from our store.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS: All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Additionally, we offer exchanges for products that arrive different from what the customer ordered.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or different from the one ordered, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: If more than 7 days have passed and the product has a defect, contact us by email, providing your tax identification number, order number, and a description of the defect.

  2. Evaluation and Resolution: Our Customer Service team will process your request and forward it to our quality department for verification. Once assessed, we will contact you with the resolution details and, if necessary, proceed with the exchange.

The deadline to request an exchange for these reasons is 90 days from the receipt of the product. No exchanges or refunds will be processed after this period.

    Partial Refund Policy: As a standard procedure in our store, in cases of product returns, we allow the customer to keep the product and instead issue a partial refund of 50% of the paid amount. This partial refund can be issued as a discount for future purchases or as a direct refund to the customer's bank account, allowing the customer to retain the original product.

    We honor the right of withdrawal as per current legislation. The request for order cancellation must be made within 7 business days from the product’s receipt, ensuring the product remains unused and in its original packaging.

    In cases of withdrawal or return, please contact us with your tax identification number and order number via email within the specified time frame.

    You must complete the return form, sign it, and send it by email to our Customer Service. Following a quality assessment of the product by our quality department within 7 business days of receiving it, the next steps will be communicated.

    For credit card refunds, our finance department has up to 7 business days to process the request with the credit card issuer. The maximum time for the balance to be credited to your credit card is up to 120 days, depending on the card issuer and the closing date of your statement.

    If a bank transfer is required for the refund, it will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days after the quality assessment, and it can only be issued to an account under the same tax identification number used for the purchase on our website.

    Products returned without prior communication, outside the return window, missing components, labels, or invoices will be sent back to the customer. The same applies to rejected exchanges after quality department evaluation; they will be returned to the customer via express mail at the customer’s expense.

    Please note that GsK Device Land is not responsible for shipping costs for returns followed by a refund, chargebacks, or exchanges for other products; these expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
